Absolutely bullcrap news. I’ve actually seen his rant and you must be sick to take it seriously. True, that he said is not acceptable and he has to be held responsible, but please... Zhirinovsky is a known idiot who has a history of idiotic rants, none of these are any serious. And he is not pro-Kramlin but a leader of LDPR aka Liberal Democrat Party of Russia - a party of homeless and and low income underclasses, conspiracy theorists and idiots. He was quite a charismatic person thus made little sense at the time, now he is plain senile.
It does explain why East Germans aren't all that bright (that, and being under the Communist boot heel for 45 years).
