I agree. No sane person would use ketchup on good hot dogs. Of course, most ketchup crowd persons don’t eat good hot dogs. For the true epicure, mustard is the only condiment.

Rabbit BBs to you de Blasio scum lovers; everyone who is anyone knows that the list needs to include relish, dill pickle slices and celery salt to bring out the true taste of a great Vienna hot dog, preferably on a heated poppy seed bun.

You don’t know what a great hot dog is til you get out of your crime infested home and come to our crime infested home of Chicago!

In my far-less-than-modest opinion, there are only two acceptable ways to top a hot dog:

1) Mustard and pickle relish (and sauerkraut if you have some handy)
2) Chili and cheese.

No ketchup. The only thing more wrong than ketchup on a hot dog is mayonnaise on a hot dog.

and if you do get probiotics make sure they are enteric coated - meaning the capsule will survive the stomach acid to make it alive into your small intestine.

I'll take my hot dog with ketchup, mustard and pickle relish. Your problem, elitists.

There are only three things I MUST have ketchup on: french fries (or any other variant of fried potatoes), burgers, and meat loaf. And I’ll occasionally put ketchup on scrambled eggs. But that is it.

Interesting. I’ve heard of people putting peanut butter on a burger, but never a hot dog.

Picante, Louisiana Hot Sauce (or Pete’s or Tabasco), jalapenos, onions, mustard, black (or red) pepper, and, cheese.

That’s a hot dog.

Mustard goes on hot dogs and pastrami or corned beef sandwiches. Ketchup only goes on hamburgers and french fries, on anything else it’s an abomination.
