That figures-I would really love to see everyone brought up to be colorblind. Colorblind was/is the accepted behavior in the military when I was a kid, and when the cub was one, so anything else is unacceptable-and I can’t help but notice here are far more black bigots/racists today than in any other race or ethnic group-I’m pretty sure that doesn’t have MLK resting easily in eternity...

Some politicians are very adept at evading their handlers-Nixon and Carter both were. In Nixon’s case, like Clinton or Obama, it was arrogance, and Carter was clueless.

Yeah, I was “aware” in the Clinton years. Especially from 94 on.

Clinton knew his limits and wanted to be popular. That’s why he took the 94 loss to heart and triangulated.

Plus, when he lied he did it with a twinkle in his eyes. He knew he was being rascally, but gave you enough credit to come up with something as a cover story.

It did depend on what “is” is. That was clever.

The Obama crowd is in charge and doesn’t care that we know they are lying. Cause they believe there are no consequences and their change is worth it.

Now I’m seeing serious speculation that the missing plane could have landed-I know anything is possible, but doesn’t a jumbo jet like that need nearly a mile or so of runway? You don’t just go off to some island, or even a rogue state and find that, not to mention how would you keep everyone shut up about the plane being there? And what do you do with the passengers-kill them all and take their cell phones?

It is certainly puzzling. Let me look for the article I read that was interesting.

A few days out of date but good logic.

Thank you!

I think there was an attempt to hijack the thing and use it ala 9-11. Hijackers got the transponders and other tracking devices shut off, maybe got the plane headed where they wanted and were probably overcome by passengers and/or crew, who took the hijackers-and the plane down-also like 9-11. I think it is somehere in the ocean where they were last seen/heard/tracked-someone had to have seen that plane loosing altitude, maybe a fisherman on some godforsaken island.

Don’t forget him cringing while watching a karate match on the white house lawn. That is a classic, too. And him gazing at his image on the wall of the white house...another great one.

honest to GOD! we are sweating getting xsboy back to SU for class on Monday now! he has a confirmed seat on a flight 10 am Monday morning, but they are predicting ANOTHER FRICKING SNOW EVENT for us for tomorrow PM, 4-6 inches. Tried to move him up to fly sunday and all flights are sold out. xshub may end up having to DRIVE him there if this event looks like it’s really going to happen.

Hey chicken farmers! End times have gone mainstream. Williams Sonoma catalogue has fancy $600 chicken coops with lettuce gardens on top. Did yinz know yinz were trendy? ; )

Anything at school on Monday that is that important?

We are looking at 1-3 inches Sunday into Monday as of last night’s news. 3-6 south of I-70, 6+ further south.

Of course if it tracks further north, we get more.

The last two storms were busts here. Hope for more of the same this time.

Yah. The hq is a freakishly huge place. Blew my mind, the one time I was there. A city unto itself.

He said it was amazing, that they have to colorcode the walls so that people don’t get lost.
