Thank you — and I agree, if the police don’t “police their own” soon, they will have condoned the behavior: acceptance by apathy and endorsement by inaction.

Some people consider the cold war to be WWIII, given the machinations, widespread involvement, and philosophical polarization of many countries I’d hesitate to dismiss the idea out of hand.

Cops that abuse the authority they are given in that manner IMHO ought to be tried and when convicted publicly executed!

IMHO, cops who abuse their given authority ought to go to prison for life. Cops who cover up their brethen's abuse of authoity shoud be publically executed.

Yes....too high an IQ is a disqualifier as intelligent people are more likely
to question the rational and necessity of procedures. Especially procedures that are blatantly evil and corrupt. Academy screening processes that used to screen OUT sociopaths and incompetence now screen FOR those types of applicants as those running the show want hired thugs to enforce compliance rather than civilized people with common sense who would serve society. The government is not recruiting for law enforcement and has not for a long time. They are now recruiting for their Schutzstaffel, a
new type of gestapo.

… did I miss 8 World Wars?

I guess you did. WW11 means World War two. Mercy.

These hiring prăctices are not lax nor are they "misguided." Departments get the caliber of officer they seek. There is no "protect and serve" any more.

20 years each for the cops, 50 for the prosecutor who withheld evidence.

The reason PDs give for rejecting high IQ applicants is because they will become easily bored as much police work is just waiting and watching.

The guy you criticized was talking about WWII, and you know it. You blew the math.

I have heard that it is the law there for insurance coverage. I have seen a lot of videos of accidents in Russia and it really pays off to have the cam. I think they drive better in China. lol

“Incidents such as this must make one wonder how many people
are languishing behind bars for the very simple reason that
in their case a camera wasn’t present to record the criminalty of the badgemonkeys who destroyed their lives.”

“A reasonable guess would be that for every case such as this
there could easily be 10, 20 or even more where the lies of
the badgemonkeys were taken as gospel because there was no
video to prove them as being the liars they all tend to be.”

Bears repeating. Although I’d guess that your 10-20 times estimate is off. I’d say closer to 100 times. But I could be wrong.
