There were 2 identical twins in the school I once taught at here in Japan - and their names were YUsuke and YOsuke . Teachers confused them right up until the day they graduated !

Look, I can understand your frustration, and it is amazing what has happened. But, definition wise, this could be considered a litter. Litter does not only refer to garbage, but also multiple birth.
