“Declared War” & a US citizen serving in a foreign army of a declared enemy. There’s a huge difference between that and sending a drone over some 3rd party country and zapping an American citizen because the president CLAIMS that he’s a terrorist. That’s Waco/Ruby Ridge stuff.

NO. We have a lot of people here who don't think things through. We have him under surveillance. Keep watch on him.
When you get enough evidence nab him and bring him back to America for trial. I don't want Obama or any President to be able to kill Americans on whatever grounds they want without due process.
This is the slippery slope that will eventually end up with drones killing Americans in America.
We were stampeded into the Patriot Act due to crazy fear of terrorism. Look what we have now. FReepers decry what happened but many supported the Patriot Act at first blush.
It is NEVER a good idea to give any government this kind of power.
