Manning had more passing yards
Leon Lett is also known for his own icy Thanksgiving performance in the “No, Leon, No!” play

I am a Dallas fan, but this play shows remarkable character by Don Beebe. Great hustle. Oh for those glory days of the 90s again sometime soon?
Lol...gotta look that up now! :) I’m not even into football, but this is fun.
I’m just wondering how Russell Maryland didn’t even see Beebe, all he had to do was touch him and Lett scores.
Seems like ages ago, doesn’t it?
Never thought I’d ever see a dry spell like this from the Cowboys.
Tebow couldn’t hit a barn with a handful of rocks. And it wasn’t a fumble - it was an idiotic snap from center with the yips.
Indianapolis is the team of the future.
In the AFC that is.
But to be honest, I think that ANY AFC team would have lost against the Seahawks today.
The Hawks brought their A-game defense, and it shut down a VERY good team.
As stated above, the Seahawks are beatable. The ONLY exception at home was the Cardinals.
Even then, it was a good game.
For the near future, the NFC will rule IMHO.
Take a 10-6 Cardinals vs. Broncos today, and the Cardinals would have won.
Same goes for the 12-4 49'ers.
They too would have beaten Denver.
Insane defenses.
The Cardinals don't get much credit, but going into Century Link and coming out with a win against the Seahawks was most impressive.
Heck, even the Rams gave the Seahawks a great game. And they were a 7-9 team.
The NFC West is the very best conference in football. Bar none.
Yes, Manning has a great throwing arm. He kept hitting those Seattle defenders very accurately. Now if he knew how to run around in the pocket a little bit, maybe he was keeping that skill all to himself.
I could see every team in the NFC West getting at least 10 wins next season....and one of them will get shut out of the playoffs.
4 good things about that SuperBowl.
1) A good National Anthem.
2) Pretty good half time special FX and lighting/fireworks.
3) Referee was very sharp on the coin toss to grab the coin when Joe Namath tossed it before anybody called it.
4) Obama wasn’t there.
For the rest of it, Seahawks seemed to play well.
Yes, he could get the short passes and the long passes to the Seattle players.
You mean it would have just slowed him down enough for the touchdown?
And you really shouldn't be that greedy! ;)
LOL, Bill Bates.......One of my all-time favorite Cowboys.
Also you saw there why Jimmy was such a great coach.
That was neat. Good people and story.
Yep. Once the Cards developed a running game to go with that defense, they became a contender.
Frankly I was surprised that they took the Panthers apart.
Not even close.
