I went to Catholic grade school in an Italian neighborhood. I was amazed at the meals - no sandwiches ever appeared - that the kids would reveal in the dank old lunchroom! And there I was with my miserable tuna fish sandwich.

Whole Foods’ prices are outrageous. I just go there because I enjoy hanging out in food stores!

I add my home grown Arugula to other greens. I need some snap and crunch in my salad and Arugula just doesn’t do it.

Heck, people can buy a milk cow for less money than they pay for store-bought milk each year.

Many list their germination rate.

That is one thing which really interests me. I've bought seeds at local nurseries, and most seeds did not germinate. The one I usually stop at has non GMO seeds.
