You can say that again!
Good for you but not everyone is as tech savvy as you are. Give me your phone number and when I decide to go shopping for parts to build my own, you guide me thru the process.........
Then when I get home, you can tell me how to put it together.........
Talk about lucky, I now have my very own go-to guy for computers............
you will have to get used to either buying sliver/bronze/platinum support package or be prepared to talk to pre-recorded phone help desk or navigate thru company’s online help search or be willing to talk with somebody in India. Those are going to be main options. Quality help will not be free and one that remain free you will have to make the most of it. Most people I have dealt with from India provided me reasonable support. They usually follow canned set of steps for most common issues and if yours happen to fall into such list, your issue will get help, else you will end up with lots of understanding gap and communication gap.
"Hello, Oy Tee."
That software has saved my dumplings many times.
