This could be interesting. Many laws are not written to cover this type of harassment or discrimination, but only the other way around.
If the private school owners want it this way that is their business BUT if its not legally OK to fire LGBTs for the same reason then the guy has a winning case!
Guess who will be the new owner of the Upper West Side private school.
Sue the bulldyke until he owns the school.
Unfortunately, I think that private employers should have the right to fire people, even for being straight.
If a lesbian wants to just hire lesbians, she should be allowed to do so.
And if a straight person wants to hire only straight people, they should be allowed to do so.
