Source, meet horse, the south end of a north bound one that is. His words are an aroma in the air and that aroma is not that of roses!

Argo was good. Very good. I’d say had John Goodman and Alan Arkin not been in that film, it wouldn’t have been as good. All Affleck had to do was be credible, which he was.
To: Colonel_Flagg
but he wasn’t always conservative...they can grow.

Just watch Iron Man 2. The quality is dubious, but Mickey Rourke and Robert Downey Jr are both conservative.

Alternate headline:
AFFLECK SEEKS TO GUARANTEE THAT HIS “BATMAN VS. SUPERMAN” FLICK WILL BE BOX OFFICE POISON
Seriously ... I can’t quite say “I’ll never see a movie with _____ in it,” but absolutely I am LESS likely to see movies featuring people who repeatedly announce their hatred of me.

I need you like Ben Affleck needs acting school,
he was terrible in that film,
I need you like Cuba Gooding needed a bigger part,
he’s way better than Ben Affleck,
and now, all I can think about is your smile,
and that (expletive) movie too,
Pearl Harbor sucked and I miss you.

Translation: The new Batman will suck!
Inevitable anyway since the new Batman will be teamed with Hopeman, but Affleck removes all doubt.

Hollywood leftists are stupid low info people. If they were smart they see the financial advantage of conservative/christian movie goers instead of alienating them.

For starters I'll wager that Ben Afleck isn't taxed enough.

I don't know about Rourke, but I personally saw RDJ get his a** kicked by a VERY large Republican on the floor of the 1992 GOP Convention. He was filming some sort of political documentary about the campaign and he and his camera crew got passes to the floor for the final night. He decided to stage an impromptu anti-Bush (41) demonstration in front of the Presidential Box and quickly ended up eating the carpet courtesy a nicely executed hip-check.

I am not disputing that, but in interviews he has given after his stint in prison, he has said you can’t go through that and still be a liberal. Rourke was pretty vocal in his support of Bush 42’s handling of the Iraq war. This was when “the wrestler” came out, and some people think that was what cost him the Oscar.
