The “email” was sent to all of us who are believers and we “have gotten the email” and understood it. It’s just that the pagans who deny Christ can’t decrypt the message. Pagans will never understand the message without the decryption “software” that is given to believers. Pagans will always think the “email” will look like foolishness and will never understand them. The “email” is only understood with the “decryption software” installed.
The explanation can be found here in verses 13 through 16 but without the decryption software you probably won’t even understand that. The “decryption software” is free and any believer can tell you how to get it. Refuse that “decryption software” and your system will ultimately crash and burn.
