They should also ground all their aircraft, switch their navy back to sails only, move their troops and equipment by horse-drawn carriage, and equip all soldiers with lances, crossbows and swords. Not consuming fuel and gunpowder will have a far larger effect on the “climate change” than stuffing their soldiers full of veggies.
