. The “Bronson film”, the prior of which was known to Donahue, contains images of the assassination, including the head shot of President Kennedy and Hickey’s movements time. St. Martins and SMP were specifically informed by Mack that the film absolutely disproves Donahue’s theory.

The Bronson film is inconclusive. Hickey's attorneys were trying anything to help their case. By all accounts, Donahue wanted to find evidence that Hickey didn't fire the AR-15, he would have welcomed the Bronson film if there was anything to it that could be pinned down.

so tell me in which of those frames is there a guy standing up tall enough in a limo to get a weapon raised high enough to shoot over the windshield?

and in all of the lunatic nonsense that people claim they saw in the plaza that day...why hasn’t there ever been one person say they saw this happen? People were 15 freaking feet away and a guy stands up in the back of the car, tall enough to clear the windshield and blasts off an AR-15? No one notices? not one witness? Not Bill and Gayle Newman? what were they 10 feet away? they didn’t see a guy stand up and shoot off a gun? really....

pure bunk ...all of it

“He notes that 11 witnesses say they saw Hickey holding a weapon at the time of the shooting — seven of those witnesses were fellow secret service agents and one of them was Hickey himself.”

“McLaren traced 22 witnesses who saw Kennedy shot. Ten had smelled gun smoke and 12 of them saw it at ground level near the Secret Service car. Hickey normally drove but had been handed the weapon because the security detail was shorthanded.

Witnesses revealed they had been intimidated and gagged before and during the Warren Commission hearings in 1964. But now they could tell all.”

Has to be remembered, one of the most famous witnesses of the JFK assassination, “the lady in red” thought she saw “our guys shooting back”.

“In a lengthy front-page report, Jean was also quoted as indicating that she thought she saw “..someone in the motorcade in street clothes shoot back at a person running up the hill.” .... (In a second interview broadcast on NBC ninety minutes later, Jean indicated that she didn’t see anyone shooting, but repeated having heard four to six shots.) “

I didn’t say I “fell for it”; I said it was interesting. Actually, quite cartoon-like considering the Tommy Lee Jones and Joe Pesce characters.

Doubtful if we’ll ever know who was responsible. I’m going with mafia and/or LBJ.

oh Jean Hill, the lady in red, who saw the little dog that the president and jackie were looking at in their lap at the time the shots rang out? ...yeah that’s the witness I’d rely on ....

Uh-Huh, you are also the same person who said there were no witnesses that saw any Secret Service Agents with a gun OR CLOSE TO IT?? When there are over 10 at least who did.

I’m sure old Dave Powers and Kenny O’donnell ...the presidents closest friends and advisors, enjoyed having that bullet wiz right over their heads as they were seated right in front of Hickey in the follow up car when he stood up and blasted their buddies brains out all over the street ...but, I’m sure someone got to them too ...

and I love that Australian hack starts off his little sham by saying you interview people on the ground during a crime and you find an answer ...but, then never talks about the the people closest to the limo ..other than that buffoonish documented liar Jean Hill......Charles Brehm was an ex Army Ranger 15 feet away at the time of the head shot, but he didn’t see Hickey stand up and fire the AR-15 ...really?

it’s such a laughable theory

Standing wouldn't be necessary to clear the windshield. Hickey sat in a left rear raised jumpseat.

I’m sticking with Oswald, but agree with you whole heartily that we will learn nothing more on this. One point I always make concerning the grassy knoll, look where Aaron Zapruder and his secretary were standing when Kennedy was shot. The top of the fence would have been at the level of their feet, about 20 feet to the right. They could have seen everything behind that fence, as well as heard it.

so he raised the gun up to his shoulder and fired while seated? is that what we’re saying now?

or did he stand up and fall back and it accidentally fire? that was the theory in Mortal Error

and who saw him fire the gun? we’ve been waiting 50 years for all the witnesses that saw a secret service man fire his weapon at the presidential limousine ....yet, no one has ever claimed they saw that

I swear I remembered seeing a photo of one of the agents in Dallas carrying a skeletonized (no plastic front stock) AR-15. But it must have been a bad reproduction of the image or just my bad memory.

Kennedy suffered the same fate that anyone that attempts to free us from “Central Banking” will suffer.

And they also know that the moon landings were faked for the same reason.

And in the Altgens photo Hickey can clearly be seen turned all the way around facing the rear looking towards the TSBD...with no AR-15 in hand

Altgens photo corresponds to frame 255 of Zapruder ..with the head shot occurring at frame 313..that’s Zapruder running at 18.3 frames per second..so, in less than 3 seconds Hickey had to turn around, retrieve the AR-15 from the floor of the limo “cock and load”(Hickey’s words) and fired the perfect accidental brain shot ....

Here’s a variety of circumstantial observations made at the time of the fatal shot(s). Take your pick...

1) Secret Service agent George Hickey carried an AR-15, which is the civilian version of the M-16, the prototype of the rifle used by U.S. military ground troops in the Vietnam era. Numerous eyewitness reports state that Hickey had grabbed this weapon and was waving it around within seconds of the first shot.

2) One eyewitness, S.M. Holland, told the Warren Commission interviewer that “just about the same time the President was shot the second time, he (Hickey) jumped up in the seat and was standing up…now I actually thought when they started up, I actually though he was shot, too, because he fell backwards just like he was shot, but it jerked him down when they started off.” Holland also observed that agent Hickey had his weapon in his hands at the moment.

3) Special agent Winston Lawson was in the first car of the motorcade, the car ahead of Kennedy’s on that day. His job was to look steadily backward at the President. Maintaining constant visual contact. In his statement written December 1, 1963, agent Wilson wrote that:
“As the Lead Car was passing under this bridge I heard the first loud, sharp report and in more rapid succession two more sounds like gunfire. I could see persons to the left of the motorcade vehicles running away. I noticed agent Hickey standing in the follow-up car with the automatic weapon and first thought he had fired at someone.”

4) Secret Service Agent Glenn Bennett, seated next top Hickey in the follow-up car, says that when the second shot hit Kennedy he yelled “He’s hit” and reached for the A-15 on the floor of the vehicle- only to realize agent Hickey already had it. Secret Service Agent Emory Roberts, who was in charge of the agents in the follow-up car, reported that just after the shooting he turned and saw Hickey with the rifle, and said “Be careful with that.”

5) While the sound reports from the scene are confusing, many ear-witnesses that that one or more shots had originated from near the President. Austin Miller, watching from the overpass, thought that the shots had come “
from right there in the car.” Royce Skelton, also watching from the overpass, said that he thought the shots came “from around the President’s car.” Mary Elizabeth Woodward, standing just in front of the grassy knoll, described the third shot as “
a horrible ear-shattering noise.”

6) Several individuals who were part of the president’s motorcade reported smelling gunpowder. Mrs. Earle Cabell, wife of the mayor of Dallas, was riding in an open convertible, four cars behind the death car. She saw the barrel of the rifle projecting through the open window, and immediately after that reported smelling gunpowder. Other people riding in the motorcade also reported the smell of gunpowder, including Tom Dillard, a journalist who was riding in an open car about a block behind the President, and Senator Ralph Yarborough, who was in the care immediately behind Agent Hickey’s

If in fact the only shots fired that afternoon were from Oswald’s rifle, six stories in the air and inside a building, I have a very difficult time understanding why numerous eyewitnesses would smell gunpowder at ground level and in the path of the presidential limousine.

A leftwing extremist in the Marine Corp harangues his fellow Marines with his radical politics. In the middle of the Cold War he defects to the USSR, marries, and then returns to the US in 1962. He continues his involvement with Communist politics, among other things joining the Fair Play for Cuba Committee.

On November 22 he exits from a movie theater in Dallas. A policeman tries to stop him for questioning because he fits the description of a man who just shot the President. Instead of speaking to the policeman the 24 yr old former Marine pulls out a gun and kills him, after which he is caught and arrested for the murder of Officer JD Tippit.

All of the above are the undisputed actions of Lee Harvey Oswald before he was accused of assassinating President Kennedy. I can understand leftists trying to find someone other than Oswald to pin the assassination on since he was one of theirs. I fail to understand the love affair for conspiracy crank theories among anyone else.

“circumstantial observations”..hahahaha

like I said ...someone explain why hasn’t one person in 50 years has come forward and said they saw Hickey fire that gun into the limo? not one.....someone explain how there is not one photo of Hickey and the AR-15 in Dealey Plaza?....someone explain how Ken O’Donnell and Dave Powers had an AR-15 fired inches above their heads into the brain of their best friend and never noticed or said a word about it? ...someone explain how Hickey turned all the way back around from a rear facing position, picked an AR-15 up off the floor of the limo, got it ready to fire, raised the gun up, or stood up, and fired the perfect accidental shot in less than 3 seconds? and then started waving the gun around!!!

absolute lunacy

like I said ...someone explain

Maybe that someone will come along and explain it all for you.

I sure hope so.

I also hope the explanation is something that doesn't involve Hickey.

Until that time, sadly, the Hickey scenario will remain with us, just as all the other theories of that tragic day.
