Once GM decided to go all in with their ‘bail out’ AND killed the Saturn line, I vowed to NEVER by another car made by them or them again.

That thing has way too much horsepower to be built to O’s standards. It laughs in the face of his eco requirements.

The Magnum was a good choice for a wagon...too bad it was only produced for 3 short years. Not a full-sized wagon. Only seated six, (2+2+2)
But you could get it with a 425 horsepower Hemi with a 6400 rpm redline !

1996 was first year for OBD2 ,, integrated systems mean one component failing screws up A LOT ,, it also means stored systems data which can be accessed by law enforcement... I would love to have a replacement computer for my car 2003 that I could tune via laptop... I put way too many miles on a car to not have a modern one though...

Cool. It's nice to know the windshield wipers work at 161mph, but what on earth is that much speed good for? I can't imagine a scenario where I - or anyone - would need or be able to go that fast on American roads.
My personal best is 115mph in a MK2 Jaguar like this one:
Both me and the car were much younger at the time.

it's never a case of need any more than you needed to go 115... and for the record i had my 94 Z/28 150mph on quite a few occasions road and traffic permitting

Yep...gotta love Mopar.....betya a good running Magnum R/T would give a new Camaro a run for the money.
To: Chode
I understand want vs need, yeah. I don’t think people should be limited to what someone else decides they “need.”

When it goes on sale, expect prices to be more than the $55,055 base price for the Camaro ZL1. And don't expect it to be a vehicle for the masses: "It's not for everyone," Oppenheiser said. I think we should "give" everyone a $60K car, like we "give" away ObamaPhones and "free" ObamaCare.
All we would need is a tax on the rest of us.....like putting a black box in all our cars to tax our mileage. Oh....wait. They are actually planning on doing this now.
A black box in your car? Some see a source of tax revenue
Amen to whoever made the comment about the cheap plastic trim on these cars breaking after a year or so.
