That is so funny to see how many reacted. As for the movie Carrie no matter if this is a remake, the original will always be the main winner. Sissy Spacek and Laurie Piper these amazing actress were really made for the part. They brought the character to life with their amazing talent. They made you feel that these people are real. Now with Jualianne Moore sorry she can not replace Piper Laurie acting. I’m sick of Hollywood trying to remake classics that shows they are running out of creativity.

I couldn’t agree more with you. The remakes are never as good as the original but it may be directors and actors wanting to be part of a good story. Sort of like many actors wanting to perform in Hamlet.
