From what I've read on the web William Thomas was found guilty, fined $60.00, spent three days in jail and received one year of probation and the son, who was 11, wasn't prosecuted.

If you know baseball, you remember - if you are middle-aged - Rick Monday saving the flag from the hippie shi*s. This is fun and cool. It is also genius on the Dodger marketing team.I remember it well, and that's a bobblehead I would like to have for my collection. Right now I have a few Cleveland Indians players (my team) and several of Willie Mays, my favorite player as a kid.
