Her badgering of the defendant put pressure on him to respond prematurely. Additionally, she disallowed the legal advice from GZ lawyer and the opportunity for counsel.

This judge goes from bad to worse every day.
You are right. Many in Fla. are armed. Particularly in Sanford. It is a rough and tumble town. I am about 40 mins away from Sanford but not in a major city.

With that said to me the cell phone records are relevant facts/inputs for them to consider and make an end judgement on.
The prosecution can debate them , but to not let the jury know about them is inexcusable .
The defense hasn’t used the “exception” objection?
I liked it when Paul Newman used it in THE VERDICT.
IF West responds, in any legal way, to the news about the DOJ’s involvement, or any Federal Agency, in this case, I believe it will be a huge mistake.
We have to keep in mind that this regime are masters of distraction, IF West takes a legal action it could close down this travesty of a trial and delay it into perpetuity.
This ‘revelation’ could be a last ditch effort on the behalf of Holder and ‘friends’ to subvert this trial.

He was not sure what to say when the judge was pressing him. DW was objecting, she was about screaming overruled several times. She demanded an answer, GZ muttered something about end of the day......
If you have to bus people in, that’s not good news for your riot. Riots work best in large urban areas with tight gun laws.

I’ve been on many juries. First, the time a jury spends depends on how lengthy the instructions are to the jury. But I think the jury will be done in 1 1/2 days max.
