Mark Steyn should have his own show.
Willie Cunningham has screeched his way to two Marconi Awards.
The best substitute: Walter Williams
The worst substitute: Mark Davis
Mathews was terrible and got bounced. Since then he’s beet truly bitter and ugly.
I like Williams because he has a technical know how that Rush lacks. He provides an essential nutrient that’s missing in a Rush only diet. I especially like it when Williams has Sowell on as a guest. I love hearing their back and forth.
Steyn is great too. When Rush is gone but Steyn is filling in I’m still happy.
I liked Hedgecock for his sheer aggressiveness.
Mark Davis is a nice guy, almost too nice, but makes up for it with good insights.
Mark Belling’s over the top midwestern accent bugs me but he has good insights too. Sort of wonkish in a good way.
Urbanski has Rush’s drama but not his insight.
The rest I can’t remember.
“Black by popular demand.......”
Walter Williams was my favorite long before he granted us ‘White folk’ absolution and a pass for any ‘racial sins’ ANY White before us may have committed.
Also his visits with Thomas Sowell were classic...
I’m a year and a half late to this party, but I feel the need to put in my two cents.
I ca- ca- can’t I can’t stand I can’t stand Mark Steyn Mark Steyn! Drives drives me nuts! drives me nuts! SPIT IT OUT ALREADY!
One of the things I love about Rush is he rarely steps on the ends of the argument by other people. He let’s them get it out. Hannity, Stey stey steyn, Elling, Beck, almost all of them are outright rude to their callers and especially to the opposition.
One more reason why Rush is king.
Steyn is good content but he has a voice for writing.
