"I see BOTH of these as unnatural processes guided by human intelligence"

I can see what you are saying, but not quite agree. Survival of the fittest is a natural process and when farmers breed their livestock using the best of the best to breed from, that the same thing is happening. Both are still the egg and sperm and their accompanying genes combining naturally. But gene splicing is a whole different thing. And is not natural in any way.

I don’t appreciate being lied about. It shows a distinct lack of class.

Without belaboring the point beyond what is appropriate, you need to know that there are indeed natural processes, i.e. ones that operate without man’s interference, mostly facilitated by viruses, that do indeed splice genes from one species into another.

I must state also for the record that I oppose, as should any thinking person, careless, reckless, or casual gene splicing.

I wouldn’t go that far in a perspective concerning Putin....not while he’s putting Nuclear Subs in the Mediterranian....

It appears like Putin used Hillary’s re-set button to regroup and recover Russia and is now making good use of the mideast turmoil to advance his agenda.

Putin needs to be watched VERY carefully....do not forget he is a snake....he knows he’s a snake...and loves that some forget this.

Exactly! Why would a company want to hide its big accomplishment.

"there are indeed natural processes, i.e. ones that operate without man’s interference, mostly facilitated by viruses, that do indeed splice genes from one species into another."
I must admit that you have me there. That does happen, though we must admit that it is probably not a beneficial or healthy thing for the most part so not something we should want to emulate I should think.

"I must state also for the record that I oppose, as should any thinking person, careless, reckless, or casual gene splicing."
You being a fellow-freeper, I sort of thought that would be the case. :)

So, John Valentine, I think we are now on the same wave length and I do hope that you will look more into the horrible negative effect that neonicatoid pesticides are having on the honeybee population and what that means to our civilization. I know it is so very hard to believe the environmental crap coming out of the mouths of liberals these days as so much of it is just not true......but trust me, this honey bee disaster is real. My hubby and I are just hobbyist beekeepers, but since he retired we have increased our apiary and now have over 30 hives. Because we do not have to depend on it for a living, we can afford to experiment and try to find ways to keep all chemicals and pesticides out of our hives..... something that the commercial beekeepers cannot afford to try as they risk loosing their entire livelihood. The past 4 years with CCD so prevalent, we are loosing more than half our hives each year and have to recoup (re-grow)them each spring. Some of our friends are loosing more like 80% each year, but we can keep half of ours in GA and half at our place up in NC. That helps. We are both staunch Christians and conservatives and very passionate about the health of the world's honeybees and take every opportunity to get the word out to everyone else. I hope that I can count on YOU now as an advocate for the honeybee (thanks for listening and God Bless you).

Due to our missions conflicts with that of those governments, the responses of their ‘agents’ against us has been a longstanding misinformation/misdirection campaign designed to discredit and which is addressed in the report “Who Is Sorcha Faal?”.]

SHOW ME THE MINUTES...

“The shocking minutes relating to President Putin’s meeting this past week with US Secretary of State John Kerry”

That’s right, they produced NO minutes for you to review.

Did they!

The Kerry/Putin meeting was over SYRIA. Not Bees.

I read a book by an old California beekeeper. He wanted to be in our military in WW2 and fight in our war effort but he was told he had to stay at home because his beehives were crucial to wartime food production. He had a lot of hives that were brought to almond groves and fruit orchards for pollination. Without bee pollination the almond crop can be pathetic, only 5% of what you get with proper bee pollination

So non-luddite John Valentine, you propose that reseeding every year, with a non-reproductive plant is a good thing for agri-business? Plants, that also have the ability to cross breed fertiles to not produce seed stock? If I am not understanding your proffer, please ridicule my dumb ass, with your unyielding wisdom.

I have no idea if the Putin story is true or not..... as a beekeeper I was merely trying to set the record straight for the people who were doubting that there even existed a problem with bee colony die-off due to Monsanto.
