It is about the pollution of culture, the corruption of character and the eventual fall of the West.

One of the few posters who gets it.

“Sarcastically, you’re saying I’m stupid and without knowledge because the supposedly “in the know” guys have said nothing.”

I’m sorry that my writing was unclear. I was saying, sincerely, that I am puzzled, angry, and a little frightened that the “in the know” guys have decided to say nothing about a matter that could prove fatal to our republic.

Before the election, I read two articles—which I cannot find now, of course—alleging that votes were to be counted by a company influenced by George Soros. I am also puzzled that this matter as well has disappeared from public discourse.

As I’m sure you recall, demonrat election fraud was widely discussed following the Bush/Algore election. After the 2012 debacle—only silence. Whiskey tango foxtrot, oscar?

“Also, as I posted, more than likely the Republican Party has been involved in voter fraud as well.”

A miniscule amount only.

“So, to bring accusation against Democrats for that activity also implicates the accuser in such a case.”

Sorry, I don’t buy that. Even a murderer is free to say “murder is wrong” without fear of contradiction, nor can any man say that he has no right to hold or voice that belief.

“Don’t hold up Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich with their character failings and immorality as an example to me on anything”

I did not hold them up as examples. I questioned their integrity by asking why they remained silent on what was perhaps the death stroke to our republic.

By the way, I suspect that the things that are thought to demonstrate character failings in Limbaugh either never happened or are distorted out of all recognition.

“You know, I’m fed up with all of this. If this nation wants to live with deceit, lies, fraud, wrong-doing and head straight to destruction. So be it.”

As fed up as I am, I will never give up. This country was founded by God to provide a light to humanity: the knowledge that people have rights, conferred by God, which precede and supersede all human law and government.

We are the only country in the world ever to be founded specifically on that principle, and that is what makes us the shining city on the hill. Despite the efforts of Evil to slander and tear down what we once were, that shining city lives on in your heart and mine, and, so long as I have a round in my magazine and you in yours, it lives in the world.

The biggest one in my opinion is that the GOP wants to continue to fight an ideological war, and think that conservative ideas are enough to get people to vote for them.

If that is the case, why does the GOP keep putting the least conservative candidate out of the pool at the top of the ticket? McCain? Romney? Really?

Part of the problem is that the GOP has become so top down in its attitude that support for anyone who doesn't have a key to the executive washroom and know the secret handshake is not forthcoming, and the GOP will lose elections to scuttle such upstarts.

Conservatives, traditionally, have been the red-haired stepchildren of the GOP Brand, and routinely get chucked under the bus--to the point many conservatives have withdrawn their support.

Like I keep saying, to them we're the crazy old uncle who they prefer to keep locked up in the attic until election time.

That theme is getting really old.

That theme is getting really old.

It was old when the Mammoth were roaming the plains.

Finally, enough people have quit crawling back to the abusive Party to make a little difference--but I don't think the GOPe 'gets it'.

The Democrats stole the last presidential election ...
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

The above is merely a symptom. The underlying problem is that our nation is now, as Yuri Besmenov said, “Demoralized”. The next step is “Destabilization”.

So?....How did demoralization happen? Why is it that the Marxist Proggies now have near total control of our most important cultural institutions?

Answer: Conservatives and Christians **LET** it happen!

For 150 years conservatives and Christians have sent their children into our government's compulsory socialist-entitlement K-12 schools. Why are we surprised that since the turn of the last century that our nation has grown “progressively” more comfortable with socialism and government compulsion?

If the government's compulsory socialist-entitlement K-12 schools were at once time only lukewarmly generic in its God-centered worldview ( and now utterly godless), why are we surprised to see our nation's citizens become “progressively” lukewarm in their faith and now moving toward complete atheism and paganism?

Despite the HOMOSEXUAL and MARXIST control of the nation's schools ( K-12 and university) Christians and conservatives will **willingly** subject their children to this spiritually and emotionally poisonous indoctrination this coming Tuesday.

They stole the election, but why? Because, like burglary, car theft and a host of others, stealing elections is a safe crime to commit in America. Remember when the West including the U.S. forced the Ukraine to re-do their elections? They could, and they did, but what elections have ever been invalidated and re-done in this perfect of all republics?

No problem. Thought you were being sarcastic. I misunderstood and didn’t realize your question was sincere. My apologies for the rant.

Good point. The GOP ideology is moderate at best, and trials the Dems by about 10 years, and the Good Old Club tramples all over real conservatives.
