Like William Buckley, I believe adult use of some drugs should be decriminalized. What say you? Zot!

here’s what I think. I think we have bigger fish to fry. I think there a few existential threats we need address before we start worrying about getting pot laws right.

I think home stills should be free of taxation and regulation.

Yeah. I agree with you. Let’s do the immediate life saving steps for our republic before we worry about the hospital food.

I don’t care if you want to get stoned out of your mind.
Smoke weed.
Shoot heroin.
Snort meth.
Good luck to you.
BUT....
The issue is whether I have to pay for you sitting on your a$$ because you’re a zombie, or your medical expenses when you screw up.
Because with welfare and Obamacare, I’ve got to pay for your idiocy.
So if you want to flush yourself down the toilet, it shouldn’t be on my dime.

I despise that simpering patrician WFB, who had no idea what he was talking about, because he never took drugs and didn’t have to live with anyone who did. I have no respect for him, his crappy novels or his libertarian views.

State’s issue.
Also, non-issue, when looking at all of the other things we are facing

We’ll win the War on Drugs like we’ve won the War on Poverty. Next up is the War on Racism, and both Left and Right will join in a Kumbaya.

- ...by softening its edge on some volatile social issues and altering its image as the party always seemingly "eager to go to war... We do need to expand the party and grow the party and that does mean that we don't always all agree on every issue" ... the party needs to become more welcoming to individuals who disagree with basic Republican doctrine on emotional social issues such as gay marriage... "We're going to have to be a little hands off on some of these issues ... and get people into the party," Paul said. [Rand Paul: Time for GOP to soften [immigration, gay marriage] stance]
- One day after announcing on his radio show that he is "truly considering" running in 2014 for the U.S. Senate seat now held by New Jersey's Frank Lautenberg, Rivera amped up his message today in a television interview and a column on the Fox News Latino website... a moderate Republican who is fiscally conservative but also supports gay marriage and Roe v. Wade... [Geraldo Rivera declares himself a 'moderate Republican' as he eyes U.S. Senate run]

I am willing to trade the drug wars for a much smaller government, so we can all live and let live. Those who take the risks will be responsible for the consequences, which means that they may need to seek out charities instead of relying on the government for compassion.
Are you willing to haggle?

You guys always lose your argument with me when you go into how we can save the planet by taxing pot. You need to delete that part of your argument. It ain’t gonna happen. You can grow pot in a pile of dog **** sitting on the floor in the middle of your living room. Who is going to pay for it?
