I’ll ask again, if Giuseppe Zangara was executed within 35 days of his murdering an American, why should it take years and years to execute Muslim killers?
Notice I did not say “alledged killers”!
BUMP!
Fox News is just another controlled tool.
Cease fire, I'm on (your) our side !
I am still quite confused and angry about how we can let any Chechnyan's immigrate here at all, especially after they blew up that school killing over 200 kids, much less not deporting them after getting warnings about the brother.
And I am currently furious about the ongoing attempt by Congress to further flood our country with individuals who have no regard for our culture, language, or way of life, especially in the aftermath of the bombing.
All I am saying is I don't want to give POTUS and Congress any more power than they already have (I don't trust them at all), and I believe handing the bomber over to a military tribunal instead of to a jury would do just that.
My only concern is what is best for our Country and upholding the Constitution, and taking any action that has the potential to give the Federal government more power that it already has makes me extremely uncomfortable.
POTUS should not have any say in the matter. Nor should his jackbooted fascist state police Lt. Napolitano. Turn him over to the military and get it out of corrupt POLITICAL hands.
While I might question why we ever granted citizenship to Muslims immigrating violent Islamic radical hotbeds like Chechnya in the first place, the fact is that Tsarnaev is a citizen of the United States of America. He is charged with committing a heinous crime on American soil; however, until he is tried and convicted in a court of law, Tsarnaev is entitled to every right of an American citizen. No American has the authority to strip another of his citizenship on the basis of an accusation, however serious. If we who love the Constitution would deny any American citizen his rights prior to trial, then we no longer have any assurance of our own rights. If a trial verdict is not necessary to deny Tsarnaev his rights, then no trial will be necessary to deny us our own.
We have nothing to fear from recognizing Tsarnaev's rights as an American citizen. We have much to fear from denying those rights without due process.
"I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same... So help me God."
So help me God.

He’s Saudi.
If they are American citizens they have to have due process and have to have a jury trial. Especially if they are apprehended in the United States.
And that disqualifying lie would be established by accusation, or by trial?
I haven’t tuned into FoxNews since Nov 6th. These threads remind me why I am so much happier now.
