The thing we’re buying has an enclosed area for them to roam while not letting them loose, or predators in.
That is good-the ones most of us build out here have a wire fenced enclosure around the coop, tethered with stakes to the ground, with a wire top/roof.
Once, a neighbor’s chickens were in an uproar at night sometimes, but none were injured or missing in the morning. Turns out the chicken enclosure was nestled right under a couple of trees to give it shade, and raccoons were dropping down from the branches onto the top of it at night, scaring the chickens-I’m surprised they didn’t manage to get in...
They’re saying the supposedly-ID’d Boston bombing suspect will be taken to the federal courthouse when arrested. Is it just me, or shouldn’t they try to find possible associates first? It is a given that once a suspect is mirandized, and lawyered up he/she will not be likely to drop the dime on any accomplice(s)...

No arrest, analyzing videos, cell tower records, evacuating courthouse-it sounds like complete chaos, which does not inspire confidence. The inmates must be in charge of the asylum...

last I heard Sanford was leading in the race. imagine him in DC...he’d fit right in. RME betting conservatives are losing interest in him.
I know several people who are doing that - I like the idea but think the smell would quickly make me change my mind. I hope they enjoy doing this - good for them!
