They’re moving troops there to keep Koreans from coming in.....If push comes to shove China will stop N.Korea..sooner rather than later. They cannot afford to loose US business, as things stand right now, and they surely want to get paid all the money we owe them.....not to mention they aren’t about ready to let Koreans flood their border and tax their infastructure as you seemed to indicate.

Yes, most astronomers, and other interested parties, are saying that the KMS 3-2 is a dead satellite and it is merely tumbling along in its polar orbit. Nice altitude for some nefarious shenanigans and quite a feat for the NKs.
Could that package be a wild card? Wonder if there is a second package and Americans have not been advised. Heck ... what am I thinking. Probably ninety percent do not know there might be one package up there.
I was referring to a possible suitcase weapon( ground based) that was smuggled into the country.I would believe we also have some kind of “stealth” satellite system up there that checks out orbital payloads.
Really would like to know the missions purpose of the new “spy” spacecraft we have been putting up there.

Just that China doesn’t want N.Koreans to flood into their country. They’ve invested in the Northern area..via companies etc...they do not want to disturb that effort by N.Koreans ccoming over the border in droves.
