I’m not sure what NCIS this person is watching The one that is "an educational show for those considering a profession in law enforcement"

The US top gear is really hard to watch for some reason, I guess the personalities arent as good. I understand Jeremy Clarkson is a bit of a jerk in real life so unlike his TV persona!
Top Gear is a perdect match of the Four Temperments
- Choleric Exhibits leadership, dominance, ambition, charisma, very passionate. But also easily angered or upset and shows arrogance, narrow-mindedness, obsession, and a Hair-Trigger Temper. - Clarkson
- Melancholic courteous, organized, hard-working, analytical; but also a detached, neurotic, brooding, obsessive perfectionist - May
- Sanguine Exhibits optimism, compassion, good cheer, a love of fun, enthusiasm. On the flip side, they may be impulsive, self-indulgent - Hammond
- Phlegmatic Some say he's calm. Some say he's emotionless. All we know is, he's called The Stig.

NCIS, which stands for Naval Criminal Investigative Service, was the seventh most popular show. It is a drama about investigating crime, and at first glance would seem to be an educational show for those considering a profession in law enforcement. Unfortunately, it contains profanity, plenty of sexual hookups and frequent discussion of kinky sexual fetishes.
My parents watch it. Is it safe for old people?
The second most popular TV show last fall was Modern Family, which features the lives of three families, including two gay men and their daughter.
Phil and Claire and their kids are even worse. Maybe that's part of the plan.
There needs to be more shows during primetime like Flashpoint and V, the science fiction series, which was good, clean, scary alien fun. Or shows like Seinfeld, which poked fun at controversial or taboo subjects instead of taking a position on them.
You can say that now, but Seinfeld went into some pretty sketchy places in its day.

LOL! Clarkson’s gritty sarcasm is old-school British humor. I can only imagine what they edit OUT of that show.. James May, Richard Hammond and Clarkson are an amazing chemistry! Top Gear UK is the best how on TV (BBC), IMO.

Oh, I forgot about Larry the Cable Guy’s show! I like that one too! It’s hard to watch anything on Alaska because I get homesick! I use to live their for a few years in the late 90’s. It’s just so beautiful!!!

The new season starts in May! The Alaska show makes me want to go there and live off the land, but neither of us have the chops for that!

The crudest moments in "The Office" and "Parks and Recreation" don't come anywhere near "Game of Thrones", yet the former offend you while the latter doesn't? Taken in context, yes... Anyway, Game of Thrones isn't on prime time network TV. Hey, I know it sounds wierd but, then, I probably am...

Those offend me too, but not always, sometimes the crap in GOT makes story-sense. Not always, like I said.
