Ed said he was doing a show New Year’s Day evening. It sounds like that is the only one he’s doing.

We didn’t use a meat thermometer, just winged it, even though we cooked it about half an hour longer than recommended. We’ll get it right next time.

On Sunday evening, Ed didn’t say what time the New Year Night show would start, so I checked in right at 7 PM (Central), and he was just signing on.

A New Year's Day show is already in progress...

No, Vision. Ed only announced that he would do a show tonight maybe once on Sunday evening, and when he signed on tonight, he just gave a rundown of shows, no specifics, and I just wrote what I remembered. The last hour is The Shadow and The Mysterious Traveler.

And, I don’t know why they never updated the website when they first decided to do a New Year’s show...

Did you have fun last night?

HA! Last night, Keith and I drank beer and listened to music and talked with fireworks going off all around us. We didn’t mean to stay up till midnight, but with the music, conversation, Keith’s homemade beer and all, we looked up and it was 12:10 AM. We are a little tired today (had a nice New Year’s Food lunch with our friends next door) but the beer of the dog has helped smooth it out this evening.

I watched the LSU game and listened to otr while falling sleep...which is when fireworks started going off in the neighborhood.

Had smoked a maple syrup/jack daniels brined turkey earlier in the day.

Mary, how do you record these? We would love to give my husband’s elderly Mom copies of these shows (she is not computer literate), but we aren’t set up to record the shows. What do you do to capture them?
