True, but don`tcha know Algore says that`s due to global warming, too? And now, something REALLY has to be done immediately, because all this damage to the climate is affecting other planets!!! Shame on us humans!!

Mars has an axis of rotation roughly the same as earth. (25 degrees compared with 22 degrees for earth). 4.5 degrees of latitude is much closer to the equator then Hawaii is (20 degrees). I would expect virtually no dofference between winter and summer there, as is seen in Hawaii.
