Yes because going from Windows 3.0 to 3.1 to 3.11 (for Workgroups) to Windows 95 to Windows 98 to Windows ME, throw in NT for a curve ball, then Windows 2000, then Windows XP, then Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8.
That isn’t confusing at all. Not to mention each version of windows has different versions within itself, Home Premium, Professional and Ultimate.
I have switched over to Ubuntu 12.10, which is currently in the beta phase of testing. It is elegant, stable, and doesn’t suffer from performance degradation over a period of time (due to not having a registry) like windows always has. I don’t think I will ever go back to Windows again.
