If there’s more than one cop at the scene, the ‘official story’ will exonerate the guilty cop.
Bet on it.
Unfortunately, in this case, the scenario was akin to a wolf identifying a lamb.
She was attacked because they *could* attack her.
She was attacked because they would rather “fix” the problem of their cowardice by killing a little old lady than by facing the real threat.
People with guilty consciences change their stories, make excuses, and blame the victims.
Unless there is a radical change, police departments will still protect their own, and the corruption, rampant sin and wickedness will not only remain, but fester.
Unless police departments take reform seriously, it is only a matter of time before another ordinary man, woman or child becomes the next victim. Who will be the next victim: A child running around in his yard who, upon seeing an officer, decides to play with the officer by making a “gun” with his fingers and saying “pew pew”?
