Leslie Nielsen movies are two of the top three. Which figures. Wonderful comedic talent.
I didn’t think The Hangover was that funny. I’d have ranked Caddyshack, Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein and Slapshot ahead of it, among others.
I’m not a Will Ferrell fan either but Anchorman was funny (”I’m Ron Burgundy?”). And as a Python fan it’s good to see Life of Brian there even if I do think Holy Grail was funnier.
Ah, subjectivity.
Funniest ever made? You got to be kidding!
Too me it would be Harold Lloyd in SAFETY LAST along with several others of his and:
IT’S A MAD, MAD, MAD, MAD WORLD. The scene with Phil Silvers and Don Knotts, in the car,is priceless!
Right now I am watching some very funny old Mack sennett comedies.
AIRPLANE was funny, in a crude PORKY’S sort of way, same for BLAZING SADDLES.
Doug McKenzie: [to the rough-looking convicts in their jail cell] Chimp here does the killin’. I don’t like to kill. I’m the brains, eh? Like, we got over five billion dollars in our hideout, only some of the money’s marked, eh, so we’re not spendin’ it. We’s just waitin’.
Bald con: Youse guys like a smoke?
Doug McKenzie: No, eh? We want our lungs to be pink when they fry us. Hey, we told ‘em we didn’t want a lawyer. Chimp here probably just kill him anyway.
Spies Like Us and Spaceballs.
Hey, you can get tangled up in those things. They can be pretty dangerous.
“You’ve got red on you”
Dimes
"Psst - Act! Act!"
Strange Brew is definitely in my top ten. The others are (in no particular order):
It's A Mad, Mad, Mad, Mad World
Planes, Trains, and Automobiles
Raising Arizona
Mystery Men
Ghostbusters
and these Laurel and Hardy films:
Brats
Blotto
Sons Of The Desert
Two Tars
Ideocracy was too close to reality to be funny:

But it was good.
"They had me down a silver mine and tried to drown me!"
A couple of years ago I worked an event where Karem was attending. When my daughter saw his photo she said she knew him from the Airplane movie. Why was he at a basketball banquet.?
I little bit of me died that day....
I liked it a lot but the movie which made me laugh the hardiest was “The Gods Must Be Crazy” I was watching it with a room full of college age students in our boys dorm rec area on TV from a VCR.
Everyone there was laughing, sometimes really breaking up laughing.
No particular order:
Blazing Saddles
Spaceballs
MP Holy Grail
Goldmember
Airplane
Shaun of the Dead
Hot Fuzz
Strange Brew
Young Frankenstein
Escanaba in da Moonlight (would be first one bumped off the list if something else comes to mind)
“I speak jive.”
The Jerk and Dumb and Dumber are close behind
Their mouse in the bottle routine gets me every time. LOL! Free beers, eh?
