Dismissal via a “stand your ground hearing” (as opposed to SYG defense strategy) gives immunity from civil proceedings. SYG as a defense in this case is not applicable. The SYG hearing is valuable to shield Zimmerman from civil liabilities for defending himself is extremely valuable.

If Zimmerman was on the ground, with a big mother on top of him, who was banging his head against the concrete, why did he have only two little itty-bitty wounds?

More important, how did he defy gravity? The blood flowed, not onto the ground as would be expected, but into his mustache.

The treating EMTs said GZ had a lot of blood on roughly 40% of his head. Your “how did he defy gravity” comment is just plain stuipd. They cleaned him up at the scene. Even so he continued to bleed at the police station were this photo was taken.

That’s true, however, I doubt that due to media and pressure from the black comunity that zimmerman can get a fair judgement in a stand your grouind hearing- and as pointed out this judge seems biased agaisnt the SYG arguments- perhaps george’s lawyer can get this judge thrown off the case too if the judge doesn’t rule strictly accordign to the facts and if it becoems apparent the judge is using bias over the stricter letter of the law-

Hopefully this can be thrown out in a hearing which will give george the right to sue all those who brought false accusations/arrests against him and sue those who issued death warrents agaisnt him etc and sue the woman prosecutor for prosecutorial; misconduct
