Trouble with creeps like this is that when they get released, they haven't really changed. And as registered sex offenders, they can't easily live in the urban areas they previously infested ... so they end up living out in the sticks. Near me.

Personally, I think guys like this should be castrated and set free. The recidivism is ridiculously low in such cases.
