They’re not making as much money in the retail sectors, to be sure.

With HP’s ProLiant and StorageWorks devices leading the industry, I doubt they’re having issues with revenue.

HP’s biggest problem is that they’re gobbling up all these software and gadget makers and not doing anything with them.

My DV series and my wife’s Compaq A series both had massive heat issues. The DV motherboard melted down and was replaced under warranty, only to die again shortly thereafter. The Compaq died just outside of warranty.

Never again will I buy an HP laptop.

“I bought an HP laptop years ago, never again.”

Yep, HP laptops are some of the worse. Always have been. Total crap.

I can’t shed too many tears for HP. While they were once a great company, they now churn out junk PCs and throw-away-printers that use ink that costs insane amounts of money.

Carly Fiorina killed HP, Whitman is trying to revive a dead body.

It certainly looks that way. I wish Whitman well but it may be too late for anyone.

During her ten years with the company, she oversaw expansion from 30 employees and $4 million in annual revenue to more than 15,000 employees and $8 billion in annual revenue.

Almost destroyed eBay? It doesn't look like it. She was named as the 8th best performing CEOs of the first decade of this century.

Yeah, how did that acquisition of Skype work out for her?
