When I was a kid, proper southern girls were not allowed to get tattoos.
Only military men could have tattoos and then if you had been in prison, it was a given.
BTW that kinda reminds me of the duck thing.

That is exactly right! My husband, a non drinker, was in the USCG and has 2 tattoos. He admits to being drunk twice while he was in there. :)
When I was a kid, if a man had a tattoo, it was on the upper part of his arm, generally hidden from view. Today, men and women look like utter barbarians with those snaking and writhing things on their bodies. I hate it!!!
I hate it too! It is trashy looking. I was in London at a street fair, a guy was walking around without his shirt, when he turned around, his entire back was tattooed with a drawing of his father’s tombstone. That was unique...... but still trashy.
Oh man, that’s weird! Something Norman Bates about that, lol.
Why does her hand look like a paw? With claws even.
