I reviewed the solicitation and the thing that sticks out is it is an urgent request in “support” of the convention is late august. We have been doing this for about 200 years, why is this all of a sudden “urgent”. We have known about these conventions for years. Giving companies time to submit proposals is to ensure that the selection can be across ALL who offer the products commercially for best product/price, not just those that have high paid lobbyists so this was rigged for someone in the know.

OK, I am as unhappy about this administration as anybody else here, but this article from RT is really scare-mongering. 150 riot suits? Come on, Putin has twenty times that number in each of his former KGB neighborhood depots.
