Obama’s “The buck stops with you” is right up there with Al Gore’s translation of “e pluribus unum” as “out of one, many”, instead of “out of many, one.” It shows left-oriented cluelessness of historical knowledge, as well as the willingness to try to twist any iconic saying or event to their own advantage.
When an executive of a company takes a leave of absence, he issues a notice to the firm that he is delegating decision-making authority to someone else. Period. They are not leaving the company as they are only removing themselves from making decisions or involving themselves in the operations of the company. They are no longer “leading” the company during their absence. Heck, executives do this notice when they take a vacation.
This is standard practice and not nefarious in any way.
The dems would know this IF they ever had a real job in the real world.
