alright... so she has a security camera system... The story does not say how he got in? I highly doubt someone who has spent the money to install a camera system would leave the front door unlocked.. And this SCREAMS "welcome to the police state" "But Vowell, who has been placed on administrative leave, will not face criminal charges, it has been revealed." I hope she gets a new friend.. a 357 or 9MM should do nicely. Oh ya. and lock the damn door before you go to bed.

I think this guy is a retired Richmond Co. police officer, which might help explain why he felt he could violate a citizen’s rights with impunity.
