Ooooh! Your code of living is easy to disturb, huh? Kewl!
Be nice to humblegunner. Beneath that crusty exterior is another crust of pure ice. But he’s my friend, and I’m OK with that.
I must refrain from comment on that.
And I am not religious and will not discuss religion with you anymore. I'm a Jesus freak. There IS a difference. I don't put down other Christian faiths.
Have a hand waving, praise song.
Okay. Flutter those short, stubby eyelashes again.
He is truly an honorable and generous person isn’t he?
I find it really strange that some of you people choose to post to me and criticize me on a thread that I have carefully avoided and never got on until you started talking about me.
What’s up with that?
From your reply, it must be under the snarky one. ;0)

When we all get together, I'll make the coffee. It's one of the few domestic chores at which I am not hideously sub-par.
If your wife stumbles into my computer, I suppose my hubby will just have to give her directions. Don’t worry! He’s a nice gentleman.
No real response, I see.
There’s a hubby? Wait, I’m sorry; I think that’s my phone about to ring or something.
Nope ... just adequately filling in the details so you know exactly where someone is coming from. The core position was already there on my Free Republic page and has been there for years. That says all one needs to know - just from that.
The other details - other than what’s on my Free Republic page is what’s been already said here and there in various posts. I just put it together in one post - since you asked what church.
What this allows one to see ... is that first of all it’s fairly “mainstream” for Evangelical Christians (the denomination I’m in now being the largest single denomination in Evangelical Christianity - in the USA). And it also shows that I’m not talking about something I just “dropped into recently”.
The teachings that are given here (in all those churches) would fit exactly into the “Chicago Statement on Biblical Inerrancy” - and I can say that know that directly from some of the people involved in that statement, plus taking seminary level courses, dealing on that subject.
This is no “sideline issue” or something “out of the shadows” but is mainstream and prevalent and is dominant in the Evangelical community.
;-)
Just a place marker, thought I’d get lucky and hit the 1138 mark when it posted.
Also in reference to one of my favorite movies THX 1138.
Normal coffee would be nice. For a change.
It would slow down all the "Bath Salts" stories too.
Just sayin'..
Yes, he is. Sure, he may have different ways of expressing himself than someone else, but if we were all the same, it would be a very boring world.
I just can’t see how it benefits anyone, to post something nasty, hateful, and/or ridiculing about another.
I FReepmailed you and your bride, awhile back, but never got a reply. Did you get it?
Hope you are both doing well, Randy.
Quite the contrary ... it’s the same response that President Reagan gave Jimmy Carter in 1980 ... and as illuminating now as it was then ... :-)
Is that the one where...nevermind; I’m thinking of Soylent Green.
We love you A, you are a great source of..........
Really on TBL your name is Ms. Snarky?
I have to apologize that I’m talking to you on this thread, since you’ve indicated you were dragged into it ... BUT ... I would say that it’s probably because they’re getting bored about now and they’re hoping you’ll liven things up a bit ... LOL ...
[flutters] Heck. Told you they were short and stubby.
