Anderson Cooper? Someone is actually watching Anderson Cooper?
That is astounding.
Nearly as astounding as the bake sale proposal. What a bunch of meatheads. But then, this is the Bay State.

Ever see that liberal bumper sticker, “It will be a great day when we have all the money we need for schools and the Air Force has to hold a bake sale to buy a bomber?”
Now they want to disallow the _bake sale_ too!
To: raccoonradio
They will just wait awhile and then pass the law again in smaller pieces.

After yesterday’s shellacking in the voting booths across the US, everyone but Soetoro got the message.

You’re right. In the old days even 1st graders had some kind of PE. In grade school they would let us check out various balls and we would hard for some time. I bet we smelled like little dogs when we got back to class, LOL.

the statewide cupcake crackdownlol, this will be all over the talk show, comedy circuit.
I'm a firm believer that excess sugar = early death, however it's up to people to learn this and adjust.
They did with tabacco and drunk driving and seatbelt usage.
It's not up to govenment to intervene. I hope Romney agrees.

Indeed I have seen the sticker on cars, and agree with you. I only had to enter in terms like "bake sale bomber bumper sticker" to yahoo to find a pic of it.
Yeesh.

Did anyone on Beacon (bacon?) Hill actually vote for this law or are they all saying Who? Me?? like they never even HEARD of it...I don't think it was ever a law in the first place, but a rule promulgated by some state agency, that was intended to be mandatory. These guys are now passing a law, which supersedes an agency regulation, to make those same guidelines voluntary on the part of individual school districts.

It would have cost them votes, they didn’t have a change of heart.
You watch they’ll come up with a tax on the fundraisers instead.
