I am somewhat skeptical. This does not seem like a particularly intelligent approach by someone who is so super-smart.
How are 30 partners and employees with no LEO or investigative experience supposed to be effective in such a role? No street-smarts in the whole bunch.
If I had Romney's money and contacts, I think I could find a much more effective way to go about finding a missing child. Hiring a hundred PIs with experience springs to mind. Might even have cost less that the approach he took.
FWIW, old Ross Perot (remember him?) got his employees out of Iran when taken hostage, when the US government couldn't rescue its diplomates.
Good for Ross. But that doesn't mean he'd have made a good president.
I trust Sarah Palin’s judgement.
Great. But he’s still a liberal.
No fan of Romney here... but I’ll say this: What’s described here is far, far more than the jug-eared Kenyan POS would’ve ever done.
“...instinctive problem solver”.
The problem is that his instincts leap to the left EVERY time without fail.
Great, he did a tremendous thing rescuing a child in serious danger. I applaud him for that.
Still, NO SALE.
Ask Brian & Beverly Mauck about Slick Willard’s character... oh, wait...
I don’t care if he fed all the starving kids in Africa for a year. His public policies are still utterly destructive of American liberty and he is therefore disqualified from getting one ounce of support for public office from me or mine.
