When it comes to Tre Arrow the truth is stranger than fiction, he may be an improvement over the current mayor though. LOL!

You homophobe! (just kidding) I can’t believe Adams isn’t conducting city business from inside his cell at the Multnomah County Detention Center. Portland is such a dysfunctional city.

No surprise here. Tre is all about Tre.
God I’m glad I left that state.

Yep, he was sentenced to 78 months in a federal slammer and only served about a year then released to a halfway house. Don’t know how he pulled that off being fed criminals serve 85% to 90% of their sentence.

No kidding, Jim Trafficant did his whole 7 years and he didn’t burn anything down or destroy anything. All he did was do what democrats do while pissing them off.

The judge agreed to allow time served in the BC jail to count towards time to be served. He was a fugitive from justice caught shoplifting in BC and fought extradition back to the US...I believe he was facing charges only for the burning of several privately owned cement trucks and was never charged with several other arsons(car dealership in Eugene, logging trucks, tree farm, and several timber company outbuildings) because of lack of evidence. In addition he was caught at one time with a half dozen fake ids., cited for throwing a flare at a boat, and cited for trespass back east. He is a folk hero to the ecofreaks around here.

Thanks for the info. I remember now that he spent some time in a Canadian jail but didn’t follow the case after they brought him back.
Like you say, the little worm is a folk hero to the enviro-nazis around Portland and the I-5 corridor and there’s way too many of them.

Tre Arrow, whose legal name is Michael Scarpitti, is on the ballot as a candidate for Portland mayor.
In 2008, he was convicted of targeting an Oregon logging company with a firebomb...served prison time for setting fire to cement and logging trucks. He spent nearly 7 years in prison for that arson.
Portland allows residents with criminal records to run for office.

For those of you who remember “FReeper” Ferret, he was a friend of Tre.

I liked Ferret, he never tried to hide who he was. He always carried on a good conversation via freepmail. I think he registered under another name too.

Was Ferret the mouth piece for ELF in Eugene Ore? Don't know, but IIRC he was a tree-sitter in some park there. The neighbors wanted to cut them to improve the view.
So, maybe.
He's posting as "Ferret Annica" over at DU (the link requires a membership (for those who have sufficient hand soap available)).

I think he registered under another name too. Several. From what I can tell, he eventually quit. See the post above.

Look at the right side of his face and the way it droops. Something definitely wrong with this guy.
