” Read your interesting post about Psycho.
Throughout it I kept thinking “Most of the spelling is correct, the sentence structure is OK, why does he or she not use capitalization? Too lazy?”

Regards,

OldPossum “

Jumping someone’s fence into a yard marked “Beware of Dog” is a bit different from walking a dog around someone’s car...

There was a recent thread involving the courts about whether that constitutes a warrantless search, which I think it does.

Whether a cop searches your car without probable cause or a cop’s dog sniffs your car without probable cause is irrelevant.

You still got searched.

An update, of sorts:

Why did the officer jump a fence to enter the property for something as minor as filing a report about an online scam?

Why did the officer enter the property when there were signs posted on the property warning of “guard dogs” on the premises - especially for a non emergency situation?

Why did the officer claim that the dog bit him, but the State Police advised KOB 4 News that the officer was not hurt?

There is an investigation underway into this officer’s use of deadly force...according to the report, Baca is securing an attorney.
