I have a very strong feeling this will not stand up in court. There is something in the law referred to as a “fraudulent conveyance”. This seems pretty fraudulent to me.

There is the potential that the jackals and their willing jurists could conceivabley award his entire fortune to the family that is suing him. However, they cannot go after the trust set aside for his "MINOR" children. Because they are MINORS, they can not access those funds until they reach legal age.
Marrying his girlfriend will accomplish nothing. By adopting her and granting her as a daughter 1/3 of the entire trust, he and she will at least have some portion of his assets available to them should he lose everything in this upcoming lawsuit since the trust fund is protected from seizure.........
You may think that you have your bases covered in the amount of automobile insurance you carry but there is nothing prohibiting the victim of an accident you are involved in from suing you for everything you have........
if he sleeps with her after adoption, that is incest and he should be imprisoned.
