I saw the first 2-hour episode.
It was slow. Amazing how they could make time traveling and dinosaurs boring.

Most likely won’t get a second season. It costs 4 million an episode and the ratings are dreadful. Some are saying that they MIGHT allow for a short second season if they can figure a way to do the episodes on 1 million dollars an episode. I have never watched the show but I do follow TVBYTHERATINGS.com which goes into details on ratings of shows.

Also amazing how the writers forgot about the asteroid that wiped out the dinosaurs.

I’ve never watched this show because I don’t watch fictional TV but my wife told me she’s been watching it. “It’s a good show. I’ve been watching it.”
So I said “well, what happened?” And she said, “what do you mean?” And I said tonight was the last episode, so how did it end?” She said, “I don’t know. I didn’t notice.”
LOL

I wondered about the same thing, but my teenage son assured me that since this “earth” was in a “parallel universe” the asteroid wouldn’t necessarily happen.

huh. Curious. I rather liked it.
Sure... I’m a little tired of the “human-spoiled-earth” premise. It’s getting a little cliche. But aside from that, I enjoyed the show.

The series is set in the year 2149.
A rip in time is found, and it leads to a point 85 million years in the past. The asteriod that is theorized to have wiped out the dinosaurs is believed to have hit Earth 65 million years ago.
I just watched the 2-hour conclusion and I thought it was pretty good. I can see why this series costs a pile of money to produce. Lots of actors, extras and special effects.
