Yes, you are probably right. I read that in sixth grade. The author at the writing lived a few miles from where I live now, and was associated with Sin John Terrel’s Music Circus iirc she moved to Ireland where at the time she moved income tax was not paid by authors and artists.
That’s a kind of tesseract. Income tax avoidance, that is.
