Just when you thought it was safe to go in the water, idiots have been dumping their pets into Texas lakes. This summer an alligator was found in a lake near Austin and a little kid caught a piranha at a state park near Houston.

Although the sharks mainly eat pond fish...
...ahh
but when those pond fish are all gone, what happens next???
(this is not an unreasonable question)

Unless it's a really large lake, the pond fish will be gone soon. A bull shark eats up to 10% of its weight weekly and that's a lot o'pond fish.
IIRC however, bull sharks also eat other sharks.

This summer an alligator was found in a lake near Austin and a little kid caught a piranha at a state park near Houston. Back when we lived in the Anderson Mill subdivision of Austin, I used to go to Bull Creek park to fish. I caught several fish that looked like piranha with mouths full of sharp teeth.

(Dear God, thanks for the rain, but please let it rain more in Texas. Amen.)
