Perry strikes me as just another sleazy career politician who will say and do whatever is politically expedient. I put Romney, Gingrich and Paul in this same category. Who does that leave? Cain?
The one positive I can say about Perry: he didn’t go to an Ivy League Law School.

Obviously, you have not lived in TX. I am from TX and the article is true. So who do you support? Bachmann, Santorum, Paul or Cain? Work for whomever you want. I will support Perry, and he is the one who can beat Obama, and whom Obama has been mentioning and attacking.

No I won’t. I will continue to expose Perry for the phoney that he is. What would you expect from a heartless conservative huh?

How was he a traitor to the Democrats? He was always a conservative, and they veered left and he went right, just as Reagan did and as I did.

Expressed expertly. As of now, I will be supporting Perry. He has a proven record of job creation in TX and if there's anything America needs, it's jobs.

The fact that Perry helped defund Planned Parenthood with a resulting four PPs closing their doors is another example of how Perry gets the job done.

Fine, then don’t but be careful whom you support. We must keep our eyes on Obama, he is the enemy and we need a very strong candidate to take him out.

If you are going to put all this stuff on here for people to read, then with each attack item, put your exact source. Not something you read on this web site. If you can’t prove it, don’t write it.

We cannot go by who a candidate has endorsed. They have all made what we call unwise endorsements.

Cain endorsed Romney. Ignore past endorsements.

Suit yourself...seems to be a waste if you have a better candidate...you should be supporting him/her. But go ahead and make an ass out of yourself. Maybe you will even get to ride out on a bolt of lightening because you strike me as one who will say anything; which could pose problems for you. Just sayin’

I said this earlier today on another thread....

This passage from Melissa is the one I kept going back to:

Governor Perry directly took on the fraud and abuse which meant taking on the trial lawyers association. In one day after the law was passed,...the shysters lost the whole scam. It was beautiful to behold.

And then, this last year, Governor Perry pushed through “loser pays” on lawsuits. I cannot even tell you how much lawyers in Texas hate Rick Perry. And it’s one reason I love his record. It’s also a reason, they’ll fight tooth and nail against him nationally.

Imagine a President who would take on trial lawyers! The cost of doing business in our country could improve considerably. What we pay for products and services could be reduced. Companies unshackled from oppressive insurance burdens and legal expenses could expand and hire!

Then you do respect Perry signing the tort reform bill, don’t you? Now, at least in TX, frivolous law suits will be curbed.

Well, he was a traitor to the democrats

Traitor? Wow...there's quite a list of Republicans who left the Democratic party when it became too radical for them. I'd think you'd be pleased and not rail on them. Wow...

I have been here a long time and intend to stay for a while. My posts are towards rinos and establishment republicans like Perry. I never attack people personally.

The fact that Perry helped defund Planned Parenthood with a resulting four PPs closing their doors is another example of how Perry gets the job done.

I know the pro-life issue takes a back seat a lot these days, but it is still important to me, and Perry's pro-life record is impeccable. He has a passion for the sanctity of life, and he has had the courage to take all political steps possible to safeguard that sanctity.

Thanks for mentioning the defunding of the Planned Parenthood clinics which Perry helped close by his legislative actions.
