No need to aid and rush it though.

I started taking two mineral supplements and lost 30 lbs.

The diabetes went away.

The supplements are Chromium Picolinate and Vanadyl Sulfate.

Both of these are nostrums shown to be generally ineffective
for effecting weight loss.

I’ll stick with my Dr’s scripts and the gym.

They have nothing to do with weight loss.

They reduce the resistance to insulin, which is the definition of Type II.

The glucose reading is reduced by taking them.
