Probably have time to get beer and be back prior to the jet dryers ramping down...

Invocation and anthem on now, beautiful rendition btw.

Went through Garden of the Gods years back, very impressive. I also enjoyed the Black Canyon of the Gunnison. When in C Springs, I always try to visit the casinos west of Pike. Fun times.

Sorry, I’m goin with Flash for the win.

If you see this one, it's named Moonshine, and belongs to a friend of mine here in Salt Lake, don't remember if he was going to G J but he'll be in Reno for the balloon races next week...

Wellhell... My Director of Production took a look at that photo I posted and sent me off to the local Land Fill for the latest in office furniture and a lesson in design...

I post these photos here because I have been banned from the garden threads

The addition of the yellow trash can appends a certain je ne sais quoi, which should certainly endear you to the garden thread people. I think you should appeal their decision.

Will you ask your grandson how I should go about picking a good ham at the local supermarket?

Delay: Cup Series race

The jet dryers are out on the track as a break in the weather has NASCAR hopeful that it can get Sunday's race at Atlanta run before more expected rain hits the area.

Lap-by-Lap: Atlanta
By NASCAR.COM

8:06 p.m. ET — The jet dryers remain on the track. It reportedly takes about two hours to get the surface ready.

7:24 p.m. ET — A NASCAR spokesperson has just announced in the media center that they are turning the jet dryers loose on the track to attempt to get the surface ready for racing.

7:01 p.m. ET — Driver intros are done, but the drivers went right back to the motorhomes. There are no cars on pit road at this time, and six jet dryers are sitting at the entrance to Turn 1.

6:50 p.m. ET — Driver introductions are under way at Atlanta Motor Speedway, but the jet dryers have not yet begun to work in earnest. There’s a light sprinkle and plenty of humidity in the air.

2:03 p.m. ET — The optimism of NASCAR fans knows no bounds, but it may be in trouble today. They’ve moved the race up 20 minutes to 7:30 p.m. ET, trying to get as much racing in as they can. The weather forecast, however, is not looking good. Kasey Kahne will start on the pole for the AdvoCare 500 at Atlanta Motor Speedway, with Chase bubble boy Clint Bowyer sharing the front row.
